Order processing

Orders are processed in order of receipt.

All orders are shipped as soon as possible.

We will inform you within 72 hours if any delays are expected.

Order cancellation

Orders can be cancelled prior to shipping, unless products have been especially ordered in.

Please contact us directly to ensure there are no delays in cancelling orders.

Delivery details

We only ship to destinations within Australia.

We use the following delivery methods:

Amalgamated Distribution & Taxi Trucks:
For non-residential deliveries within Victoria.
If residential delivery is required, additional costs may apply.
Re-delivery costs may also apply, where required.

Australia Post:
For residential deliveries via regular or premium service.

Shipping rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight or volume of your products, and your location.

Currently we charge a flat rate of $22.00 including GST. This is for items of regular size and weight.

Please contact us via telephone or email for shipping of long, bulky or unusual items.

We are currently investigating the addition of an integrated freight module to calculate the cost of shipping before the final checkout page.

Order pickup

Warehouse hours are 8:30 am - 4:30 pm Monday - Friday.

If pick up is desired, please make sure you have confirmation that your order is ready prior to your arrival.

Orders will be unavailable for pickup until payment has been cleared in our account.

Please note

You must not arrange any freight pick up until we advise that the order is ready.

Orders shipped to a residential address may attract additional charges.

If a delivery cannot be accepted during the course of normal business hours, there may be additional charges for re-delivery or pick up from their depot may be required.

You accept any additional charges incurred and agree that these will be paid by you.

You must inform us immediately if any items are missing or damaged during shipment.

We will not accept any claim of damaged or missing items after 2 business days from receipt of delivery.

Back orders

If an item on your order is out of stock, we will place it on back order. We will ask if you choose to accept the items that are available, and ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available, we will ship you the rest of your order.

You may choose to adjust the order to suit the available stock and refund the amount removed.

Please note that additional freight charges may apply to back orders.
