Refunds & Returns

Item refunds

Except for warranty claims, all items returned are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Items returned after 30 days may not be accepted, or a 20% restocking fee may be applied.

Items returned after 60 days will not accepted.

Restocking fees are deducted from the refund. Shipping and handling fees incurred are ineligible for refund.

Item returns

To be returned your item must be in its original, unused condition.

Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

Items sold as Specials may not be returnable. Please contact us for details.

Returns are only possible if you purchased the items directly from us. Items purchased elsewhere must be returned through that channel.

Please contact us to obtain a return authorisation number. This number must accompany the returned item and be clearly visible on all paperwork.

When you have received authorisation, send your returned item to:

Please include in your package a signed document stating the reason for your return along with the original receipt and any other relevant documentation.

If you believe you have a reason for a warranty claim, please contact us directly via phone or email to discuss and organise a replacement or refund.
